（中央社記者劉建邦台北30日電）海巡署南部地區巡防局今天說，爭取遴聘民間3位女護理員上南沙太平島服務，其中初美玲已在1月21日辦理戶籍遷移作業，首創民人設籍南沙紀錄。總統馬英九28日上島視導時，也當面給予嘉勉及肯定。
海巡署南部地區巡防局為扮演南海國際人道救援角色，依據衛生福利部醫療效益提升計畫(IDS)，自104年1月1日至106年12月31日止，爭取遴聘民間3位女性護理人員上南沙太平島服務，照護島上人員健康及參與人道救援任務。
初美玲、潘曼琪及林芳慈等3位駐島護理人員原分別設籍於高雄、花蓮及屏東等地，為響應政府南海政策，決定以實際行動遷籍南沙(高雄市旗津區南沙1號)。
初美玲已率先於105年1月21日辦理戶籍遷移作業，首創民眾設籍南沙紀錄，馬總統28日上島視導時，也對初美玲此舉當面給予嘉勉及肯定。另潘曼琪及林芳慈也將於返台休假時完成戶籍遷移。
南部地區巡防局表示，海巡署自89年接替南沙太平島防務，落實「南海和平倡議」精神，積極打造南沙太平島為「生態、和平、低碳」之島，此次由駐島護理師們主動以實際設籍行動響應國家政策，呼應馬總統南海和平倡議主張，彰顯中華民國南海主權與海洋權益，爭取國際認同，殊值肯定。1051030
